Shantou is a small city in ChaoZhou ( Chiu Chau ) , GuangDong district ,
well known by its " ChaoZhou Opera " / " GangFu tea " / Cuisine and music etc .
It is common to find at least one set of " Gongfu teaware "
in a ChauZhou household , no matter made in ceramic or purple porours pottery ,
people in ChaoZhou just addicted to tea same as portuguese addicted to " Bica " .
" GangFu Tea " is the 'espresso' of Chinese teas , not everyone accept its very bitter
taste , some even think that it is a formidable task , but it
is still flourishing and remains an important part of social etiquette in Chaozhou.
If you visit a family, you can be sure of at least one round of Ganghu tea.
Though it tastes bitter when it first reaches your mouth, it is the lingering
aftertaste that makes Ganghu tea probably the most charming tea culture in China.
" Ganghu tea " is in fact a process of aesthetics rather than a solution to thirst

I want your chubby hand holding mine hahaha...Hummm, i never tried this variety of tea but maybe one day i can try it. Well, Bica is a bit strong in its taste to be honest and not many people like it. Being Portuguese ( just as Italian ) we grow up loving coffee, for instance my mom used to drink three small cups of "strong " bica, and she would feel bad and sleepy if she missed just one.
I'm more into Cappucino, Mocca or Latte ( our galao, which Ada loves it so much )
Maybe the addiction into tea are took from portuguese ...lol
They just can't live w/o a cup of " GangFu tea " for the day ,same as portuguese can't live w/o coffee .
IN FACT color of the tea should be more dark like " bica " , i just put less tea leafs inside since it is too strong than i may have insomnia at night .
