Derek Redmond, olympic athlete, was the lead character of one of the biggest moments in the history of sports and gave us an enormous test of persistence, belief, power of will and love. It may not be the best video ever but it's definitely one of the best for sure.

A bit lazy to update the blog . Feb / March are busy months ,
lots of garthering with friends , the start of school terms ,
projects , exams etc etc .
Glad that i found myself in morning yoga practice ( *6AM ) ,
which help to create a balance from such busy life .
