The smell of ginger lily is so refreshing ,
i've been waking up by this fragrance ever since summer started .
This " butterfly " shape flower is the National Flower of Cuba ,
wondering if there's candle with this faint scent .

The name " Vodafone " means " Voice + Data + Phone " .
And this is the headquarter of Vodafone in Porto , Portugal .
The building has eight floors, three of which are underground ,
All the angular windows is aimed to create a sense of movement
and irregularity.

i specially like the woonden subterranean floors .

The idea of " Vertical Garden " by Patrick Blanc is such genius .
IN a city , people can find / squeeze spaces for more buildings but
simply don't have more spaces for planting , which is somehow ridiculous .

Patrick Blanc lets plants grow on any vertical surface so to add on a
bit greeny ... and hopefully " fresh air " maybe .

Adored this idea .

i have a big crush on this seaside house in Deal , The UK .
Specially adored the bathtub , wooden floor and open kitchen ...
as well as the whole vintage Georgian style of decors .

Best for a short vacation .

German designer Sarah Illenberger is brilliant ,
She made such tip-top , savoury " Breakfast " with paper .

Ohhh ... it makes me want to be a kid again OR get some papers
and try to make one similar by myself .

i heart ceramics cutleries .
These hand printed bowls by Stephanie Kao are so nice and gorgeous
i don't mind to only keep these 2 bowls in my kitchen cabinet .

Dumpster pool .

Summer finally arrived ... i can denfinitely feel the sticky
and suffocating hot . Always have an idea in my mind that
to live closer to the beach , so that i can cool myself down whenever
i want during summer .
I have no idea why people like to jump into those pulich fountains
during summer while they have the most fantastic beaches nearby .
In US , Athens , Georgia , people use DUMPSTER to make themselves
a private pool , hosting pool side parties , celebrating summer .

What a great idea which better than " public fountains " .

So less wall ...

Designed by Tezuka Architects in Japan at year 2000 ,
He used glasses to replace walls , brings the outdoors in by eliminating
the distinction between indoors and out.

Simple and modern , but one need to shut all the glass windows
when heavy rains come ... lol ...

Graduate Exhibition .

Theme of the graduate exhibition is " re-born " .
To choose a vintage brand name , adding whatever new features
inside , so to give people a feelings of " re-born " .

Proud of my elder sister , she's doing something she enjoy .

Glass balconies .

This glass balcony located on the 103rd floor on Sears Tower in Chicago
and opened to publics on last Thursday .
The transparent walls , floors and ceilings will give visitors impressions that
they’re floating on the city .

Sears Tower officials have said the inspiration for the balconies came from
the hundreds of forehead prints visitors left behind on Skydeck windows every
week they even gave this balcony a nickname “ The Ledge “

Very modern design , wonder if it is possible to build one in my building
flat which i lives in now ..... guess I won’t passed out when I am standing on it …

An heritage and antiquity hotel

The Former Marine Police Headquarter Compound had recently
been reconstructed into an heritage hotel with shopping mall , beverage area
and retails facilities .

Located in Tsim Sha Tsui Canton Road , this Compound is a declared
monument since 1994 , one of the 4 oldest surviving government buildings
in Hong Kong .
IN year 2003 the Hong Kong government announced to have a redevelopment ,
the main redeveloping constructor “ Cheung Kong Holdings “ won an approval on
a proposal and spent more than 10 million dollars to redevelop this historical
buildings into a tourism facility .
The hotel is going to open in middle of Oct , some private areas in the hotel such
as the signal tower , main square etc will open to publics for free from now on
till the formal open date of the hotel .

Cardboard Bedding .

It is not REALLY a cardboard bedding , just the extremely sharp image
been printed on this cotton duvet , it will not fade after washing .
Smart design !! i heart this bedding cover .

for homeless young people aged 16-25.

NO joking , this is a 17,000 square foot gouge cave house in Festus, Missouri ,
45 feet underneath a forest , divided into 3 distinct areas .
Where is my caveman ???

How come people can be so damn clever , designed a bookshelf stairs like this ?
How they get such ideas ? How to do this ? ....
Super LOVE this stairs , i want to ask this as my birthday gift

Cups and mugs

Just some cups and mugs with great design , make us feel a bit
different even just having a cup of water .

1.) Sakurasaku glasses

Bottom of the glass designed as a blossom cheery flower , Every time
you lift your glass , a beautiful Sakura Flower appears and subtly
changes its shape .



2.) The Taz Ah Mug

It looks like a normal white mug however surprised you when you use it ,
an animal face been printed at the bottom of the mug .




3.) Crinkle cup

Looks like a plastic cup been crushed after used . It is made by porcelain .



4.) Pixie cup

Very simple design , a little bit looks like the plastic cups we use for picnic .




THE question is :
We only have one mouth ,
why we need so many differnt kinda cups ?
