Little People .

Stumbled upon this book in a book store when on my way to
yoga class last night . It reminded me a movie named " Small Soldiers "

Slinkachu, a street-artist who leave those
little people on the bustle street to fend for themselves,
waiting to be discovered .

Even they are just some little figurines, Somehow it convey
our own fears inside on being lost and vulnerable in a big city ,
we all are very little in the city , in this world ....

Passed by an painting exhibition last night ,
" Buda Leung -- Hang / Around "
When i enjoying those pictures , i had compulsion in
my mind that to steal one of them back home .
( Just last for few seconds ... )

Never learn painting or sketching formally , only remember
i did sketching for a pair of shoes in Art class when still in school ,
scored 97 points .... pretty high scoring .

But i admired those who can stare at an object for an hour ( or more ) ,
draw down all the details ... There eyes are just like a camera ,
captured all the details first , using their brains and hands to print
the portraits out .

This exhibiation reminded me a British artist " Lorette Roberts "
Who did sketches about Hong Kong .

I bought the book year ago , very touching story .
Read the book twice ....
Rachel Mcadams also acted in a movie " The Note Book " ,
Which is another story i heart .

i am going to read the book ... again ....

Name cards ...

i like to collect name cards and cards from those perfume brands .
no matter personal name cards , boutiques or restaurants ....
i will bring them home if they have clever and sparkling design .
Most of them will go into my " name cards container " , some very
attractive one will become my personal bookmarks .

How they get such ideas ? How to do this ? ....
Super LOVE this stairs , i want to ask this as my birthday gift

The world most beautiful libraries .

A traveling web-site completed a compendium a month ago and chosen
20 libraries around the world as the most beautiful and must visit
libraries for all travelers .
i guess you will foresee the result of this compendium that most libraries been
choosen are from those big cities like USA / London / France / Italy / Spain etc
YES , this is true ....... YET , i also found some libraries from " PORTUGAL "are on the list ..
hahaha ...
well .... most libraries of the Universities in Hong Kong are open to public but only students of the campus can borrow books from inside . The biggest public library in Hong Kong are
the one in Causeway Bay .

Semen Cuisine ~

I am not that great / brilliant to creat such cuisines since i am not a very
good " chef " as you know , the most important point is i am not a male ,
i don't even sure how's the taste / smell / outlook of semen . ..
Since we've talk about this before , and i am a BIG " bookworm " ..lol ..
i found this new cooking book in " Pageone " , and i've searched it on web
and found some preview version of the book .
* remarks : since the book covered " semen " , the book been wrapped when on shelf .

The name of the book is " Natural Harvest --A Collection of Semen -- Based Recipes "
the author is " Paul Photenhauer " . From his blog / personal homepage , he said that
his friends like to call him "Fotie " , he haven't mentioned if he's a chef or not but only
said that he enjoy food and cooking ...he's passionate about everything he did inculding
cooking and created the semen cuisine ..... "

To be honested , depsite the " semen " , after reading the preview version ,
i am interested to try the "Creamy Cum Crepes " / " Tuna Shashimi " :-D ,
if you haven't emphasized the " semen " inside , the recipes inside are not bad to try .
