Souvenir from Japan

My colleague traveled to Japan for a 7 days trip …
this is what he bought as some souvenirs to us …
well …but don’t ask me what they taste ,
I took the pics during my lunch time as they are at the pantry ,
when I go back to the pantry again at 3PM …all of them were gone … {cry}
they eat them all without leaving some to me …..{cry }

Lunch box ...

this is the lunch box for tmr ...
you can see the dish " cucumber with shrimp in spicy sauce "
which i made it myself tonight ,
simply just wash the shrimp , drain them aside for use later
slice the cucumber and chopped a little bit garlic .
use the pan to fry the garlic till they gain the golden color ,
than put the shrimp inside and fried for 4-5 min till the shrimp is almost well done .
add the cucumber in and fried / stir for 3-4 mins ,
add the spicy sauce keep stirring for 1 more mins .... annnnddddddd Finished !

received this 2nd lovely parcel from you ,
as you can see the post office dropped a collection card to my mail box
and i have to go to the post office to pick it up :-)
i LOVE everything inside the parcel ....
especialy the slipper and and teddy bear card ..
those words you wrote inside the card really touch my heart ..
i feel so warm when everytime open your parcel ..
the book is great , i started to read it that afternoon after i got it :-)
thank you hubby for everything u do for me ....
i wish i can pay u back something in real ...Love you **

shopping with my mum and i saw this healthy food -- " furit seaweed "
taste like jelly with different color ,
different fruit have different benefits to the body ,
1.) Pear Seaweed : cools and nourishes the lungs
2.) Mango seaweed : Nourishes stomach and throat

I watched this movie yesterday, pretty cool and with a good and solid acting from both actors, Edward Furlong and Edward Norton. It's a movie that talks about Racism and Nazi skinheads, and about a man who sees everything is wrong and decides to take some actions upon his beliefs and his sibling's actions. The movie is a bit hard to digest in some occasions and the ending part is not definitely nice but the movie gives us a hope that we can always change ourselves to be something better...i wish i can be someone better someday...

Toys collection ~

Some pictures when i worked in my first comapny ,
i like to collect gachapo few years before ,
Gachapo : It’s a kind of capsule toy bought from a bubblegum machine
and Japanese call it gachapo .
you can see i placed them all on top of my computer , some of them i
buy it myself , some of them give by my sister / colleagues ...
only worked in this trading company for 1 year ...
and now most of the gachapo in the picture had been given to someone else :-P

11-15 different flavors of macaroon , i only tried once in that shop
cause to me is a bit expensive ,
$ 15 - 20 per piece in average which you can have a big lunch
in Kwun Tong / Shatin :-P

Tim Steiner ( a swiss musician ) sold his tattoo at his back to a German art enthusiast Rik Reinking for €150,000 (SFr240,000) in a deal coordinated by the Zurich gallery De Pury & Luxembourg.......
Per Rik Reinking , he dont care if he can hang the tattoo into the gallery , this was an example of what some have called “breathing art” ....
The tattoo was by one of the well-know tattooist Wim Delvoye , and spent almost 30 hrs to finish it on a human body .........

Cooking ~

yes ...i'm cooking for my mum and my little sisiter this afternoon .
my mum fancy penne more that spaghetti so i use penne :-P
and i don't know why the color is different from the pics you sent me ...lol
think it is because of i can't find oregaon powder and bell pepper powder ...
so i only add a little bit salt and black pepper powder inside .
My mum love this dish so much so as my little sister ,
they said that it taste better than those spaghetti sause ..lol
i only add one chill pepper inside this time cause my little sister not fancy
any spicy food ( i think it would taste better if more spicy inside )
Mum will take those left over to work for lunch tmr as the taste are really good ,
she was a bit shock when i told her " i'll cook the lunch today "
when i told her the dish was taught by you , she was very pleased ...
wondering if you cook and eat penna / spaghetti in Portugal very often .....
we have a little talk about you this afternoon cause she want to know a bit more about you .
