Baked Penne with Sausage and Spinach .

After reading the recipe and photos from " Dinner with Julie "
about the Baked Penne , i decided to give it a try and bring it
for the X'mas party .

Well ... per my sister and friends , the taste was good ,
very fresh , very strong smell of cheese and tomatos .
The only shortcoming was too dry and over baked the cheese .

And i forgot to stir well both the sauce and penne before i
bake it . Some penne stuck at the bottom of the aluminum
container .... And i should add more spinach inside .


i should try again to make this dish later when i have time .

My X'mas weekend .

# My X'mas weekend made me felt fat , stuffed and bloated .

# i received an " egg " as X'mas gift , which can plant a X'mas tree
for next year .

# First time went to Tsing Yi to watch movie with my friends .

Was a Warm X'mas this year , 20'C .

Spent a nice X'mas day with my friends and family ,
met new friends , had nice party , great foods , got some X'mas gifts .

Now i am tired , excited and exhausted .
The pasta made me feels stuffed and bloated ...
i still insisted to go to yoga classes and jogging .
Just LOVE the feelings of fresh cold air/wind flapping on my face
in winter morning when jogging .

Watched and fond of the movie " Paris , Je t'aime " in year 2006 .
With the same producer of " Paris , Je t'aime " ,
This romance movie is a collective work of 11 short films ,
each running around 10 minutes long .All about " love " inside
the city -- New York .


i am so looking forward to watch it with my friends this weekend .

i found myself lack of motivation and out of sorts .

A Hidden Valley .

If i need to find a place to clear up my mind and " disappear "
from the world for awhile , this resort must be the best place
on doing such " escape " .

The " Amanfayun " resort is opening in Jan 2010 .
Located in HangZhou , described by Marco Polo as “The city of heaven”,
and still the most beautiful city in China .

Surrounded by natural bamboo forest & Buddhist temples ,
Maybe it is also a place for retired life ?!

Never been to HangZhou but people always compare it with Guilin ,
another beacutiful city in China where i've visited in 2007 ...
Missing the very fresh air there .
Maybe i should write down a list about " 100 places to visit " ...

# Dance Festival 2009 in Quarry Bay on Sat
# Learn a bit Capoeria from the workshop in the dance festival .
# Watched a movie " Chocolate " , an action movie from Thai .
# Sat and Sun were very hot and foggy , not normal to have 21'C in Dec .
# Had a very lazy weekend , woke up late , haven't eat much , slept a lot .

Wooo .... i adorded this " Big fish pillow " by Jackie Burchall ,
who runs a print design company and made this for his 17 years son
base on a real size fish .

The idea came to his mind after he saw one of the photo of his son
posed with a carps . He than printed the photography on a pillowcase
and stuffed with feathers / foam .

What a nice idea ...
