The name " Vodafone " means " Voice + Data + Phone " .
And this is the headquarter of Vodafone in Porto , Portugal .
The building has eight floors, three of which are underground ,
All the angular windows is aimed to create a sense of movement
and irregularity.

i specially like the woonden subterranean floors .

Some psychologists said the below formulas can help to calculate
whether you have perfect butt / legs shapes or not .

For butt : Waist line ÷ hips line ( inches ) = 0.7

Little bit of my weekend .

My weekend was full of walking …

Joined a “ bird watching tour “ in Mai Po with my co-workers .
Mai Po where located in the northwestern corner of HK is well known
as the heaven for migratory birds & marches and the mangrove area .
The wetlands around Mai Po and Inner Deep Way Bay been managed
by WWF as a reserve for environmental education and conservation in 1984 .

Stared with a big , stuffed breakfast at 7:30AM , walked 3 km from the Mai Po
Educational Centre to the bird watching houses in Inner Deep Bay where located
at the border between Lau Fau Shan and ShenZhen . On our way , we passed
through fish ponds , the floating boardwalks , mangrove forest , mudflat etc .
Using the binocular provided by the centre , i saw tons of birds flying or strolling
on the mudflat ljust ike watching " Discovery Channel "


We end up our day with a BBQ in a farm where located in Sheung Shui .

Was an unique experience and an educational day .

i wonder why i don't have such " smart designed school bag "
when i was younger ?!
I have to carry tons of textbooks , paper sheets etc back to school
everyday and at that time , we don't have any locker provided by
the school .
So the situation went even more worst when we had " P.E lesson " .

i adored the scooter design , besides students, it also benefit to
all travelers .

can help to reach my goal .

The idea of " Vertical Garden " by Patrick Blanc is such genius .
IN a city , people can find / squeeze spaces for more buildings but
simply don't have more spaces for planting , which is somehow ridiculous .

Patrick Blanc lets plants grow on any vertical surface so to add on a
bit greeny ... and hopefully " fresh air " maybe .

Adored this idea .
