" macaroon " and cappuccino as a time out from work .
one of my colleague had been to France for company meeting ,
" macaroon " is one of the souvenir from this trip

There is a shop in Hong Kong ( SOGO , Causway bay ) selling
11-15 different flavors of macaroon , i only tried once in that shop
cause to me is a bit expensive ,
$ 15 - 20 per piece in average which you can have a big lunch
in Kwun Tong / Shatin :-P

The research, carried out by www.slendex.com, found that there were five stages of weight fluctuation that a woman will go through while in a relationship
Stage 1: The Honeymoon Period - average weight loss 5.3 lbs.
Stage 2: The Comfort Zone - average weight gain 10 lbs.
Stage 3: The Big Day - average weight loss 8 Ibs.
Stage 4: Baby Boom - average weight gain 14.3 lbs.
Stage 5: The Reinvention - average weight loss 10.4 lbs.

Surprised me that the news was quite right when ever I start a new relationship I'll loss 1-2 lbs
I wonder if man will also go through the above fluctuation .....seems they don't have
any changes before / when in a relationship ..even after married ...

ppl said that the lyrics of the song is too depressed and sad that
you'll have a thought / an idea to kill yourself after listening to it !
...... i have this one in my mp3 ... after listening to it a few times
today .... the only thought that came to my mind ....was ....to chill out ...
