Share with you a drink that can help to make you feel better when you have headache in winter ,
this is a hot drink in specially for winter , we named it " Hot coke with ginger " , here's the recipe :
Ingredients :
. coke x 1 can ( please use the original flavor )
. ginger x 1 small piece ( can pick a big one if you want more ginger flavor )
. lemon x 1 small piece
Method :
. Peel the ginger , thinly sliced and slightly crush them , put them aside
. Wash the lemon and thinly sliced , put them aside
. Heated a small sauce pan and pour the whole can coke inside ,
slightly cook the liquid with very low fire for 5 minutes ,
. than add the ginger slices into the pan when you see bubbles and cook for 5 more minutes .
. Put those lemon slices at the bottom of a cup and pour the cooked liquid into the cup .
. Served when hot :-D
Benefit :
Ginger can dispense wind cold away from the body and help to creat heat ,
i think it got a similar " heat / hot " feelings in your stomach
like after you drink " Aguardente " .
Lemon can nourish and moisten your throat ,
Specially good when you feel you may have slightly wind and coldness / with poor apppetite .
If you think that's too many ginger inside , you can put 2-3 slices inside and with more lemons .
Using the original flavor coke beacuse you dont have to put extra sugar ,
but if you still think that it is not enough , go ahead and put 1 tsp sugar inside :-)
