And this year the festival fall on Saturday .
Lovely co-worker baked a dozen of cookies and wish us
have a hauntingly Halloween weekend .

i wonder if anyone will buy and paint pumpkin at home
and ...

i am working on these 2 postures this month .
The secret to stay balance in the postures is the

i have a big crush on this seaside house in Deal , The UK .
Specially adored the bathtub , wooden floor and open kitchen ...
as well as the whole vintage Georgian style of decors .

Best for a short vacation .

Ohhh ... yes , Well ...
i can't sleep , for 3 nights .

The first night , i drank milk but it made me felt full ,
somehow made me even awake .

The 2nd night , i ate banana ,
it doesn't help at all even made me had a nightmare .

The 3rd night , i ate chocolate ,
Thank god i fell asleep at 4am and woke up at 6AM.

i counted everything i can in my room ,
and still ... i can't sleep .
So ,
i decided to count " dust " , IF
tonight i still can't get myself into " sleeping mode " .


i am exhausted .
