Made this pudding on Sunday ,
the silky smooth texture and rice in coconut flavor
make me craving for more ...

Coconut Pudding
--------------------
Ingredients :

14 g ( 2.5 tbsp ) Gelatin powder
200 ml very hot water
400 ml premium coconut milk
100 ml evaporated milk)
Sugar 40g ( original recipe used 60g rock sugar )
Some shredded coconut ( Optional )

Methods :

1.) Dissolve the sugar into 100ml hot water. Mix it with the coconut milk and milk.
2.) Dissolve the gelatin into 100 ml very hot water. Mix it patiently until totally
dissolved. Pour it into the coconut mixture prepared in step 1.
3.) Add the coconut mixture evenly into each jelly cup or the container.
Freeze it in the fridge (not freezer) for 3 hours. Spray some shredded coconut if want.
Enjoy ~

Notes and Tips :

1.) Gelatin is not easy to be dissolved . The water must be hot enough ,
better to filter it before pour them into the coconut mixture .
2.) The sweetness will be less after freezing in the fridge. Can add more sugar if needed .
3.) Rock sugar can be replaced by 3/4 cup of sugar .

an older man ( 40 yrs ) and they're planned to get marry ?!

She's willing to give up everything , her family , her friends , her chance to get
into " Oxford " etc ...
She just want to be with this man , who lead her out from the austerity world
and into a changing cultural landscape ....
Eaten in fancy restaurants , luxury gifts on birthday , fee glamour clothes on
dating, First excited vacation to Paris etc .

Sounds attractive and no one can resisted but fall prey coz all the above
can fulfilled teenage's adult fantasies ...

Will you allow this relationship ?

i watched this movie twice , first time on plane and i rent the DVD to watch again .
Simply like the story line ... coz i also had such " fantasies " when i was a teen ,
dreaming someone will fall from the sky and bring me to a new world ...
i can't wait to grow up and get into the audlt world , everything seems excited ,
fresh and new when i became audlt ...


Stupid .. haha ... how i miss those " teenage " time ...

My Weekend .

My weekend wasn't too excited or anything interesting ,
simply meeting friends , had a regular " breakfast meeting "
with co-workers , making this and that , bla bla bla ...
because of the lazy bugs inside i was managed to sleep till
noon and had late meals , shopping around supermarket ,
found the beer from Philippines , back home and had a nap
again till dinner ...

My perfect weekend should be like this ... lazy and relax .
i promised to post the recipe of " coconut pudding " later ...
