A bit lazy to update the blog . Feb / March are busy months ,
lots of garthering with friends , the start of school terms ,
projects , exams etc etc .

Glad that i found myself in morning yoga practice ( *6AM ) ,
which help to create a balance from such busy life .

on the Chinese Lunar Calendar when i was young .

Yuan Xiao Festival / Lantern Festival

Today is the Yuan Xiao Festival ( or Lantern Festival ) ,
Chinese Valentine's Day .
we'll have a practice to eat Tang yuan ,
which often contain messages of good fortune,
family reunion, abundant harvest, prosperity and love.
