Breakfast / Lunch

Lunch :
Fried rice with chinese kale & chinese sausage

Per mum :

For 3-4 people
Ingredients :
Chinese kale 8-10 plants ( cut into shreds)
Chinese sausages 2 strips ( cut into slice )
Cooked rice 2-3 bowls

Seasoning :
Soya sauce 4-5 tsps

Method :

Heat 2 tbsps oil in pan, fry Chinese sausages for a while ( 5-6 mines ) .
Add Chinese kale and fry together with the Chinese sausages for 7-8 mines )
Add cooked rice and sprinkle in seasoning. Fry until heated through.
Dish and serve hot.
