one of my colleague had been to France for company meeting ,
" macaroon " is one of the souvenir from this trip
There is a shop in Hong Kong ( SOGO , Causway bay ) selling
11-15 different flavors of macaroon , i only tried once in that shop
cause to me is a bit expensive ,
$ 15 - 20 per piece in average which you can have a big lunch
in Kwun Tong / Shatin :-P

Honey , " Macaroon " is a small light biscuit, crunchy outside and soft inside, made with ground almonds, sugar and egg whites. sometimes flavoured with additional ingredients like coffee, chocolate, nuts or fruit.
*They said that it is a traditional snack in France common as Pastéis in Portugal ..
