Honey i think you know what is " Hotpot " , a traditional cuisine ( cooking style ) in Asian area .
As you see / know , the hot pot is kept simmering, ingredients are placed into the pot and are cooked at the table. Typical hot pot dishes include thinly sliced meat, leafy vegetables ,mushrooms,wontons, egg dumplings, and seafood. The cooked food is usually eaten with a dipping sauce. In many areas ( eg : Mongolia /Korean / Japen / China etc ) , hot pot meals are often eaten in the winter.
we have slices beef / vegetables / mushrooms / different kinda fish balls etc ...
My "slave day " i prepare all this myself , from buying the foods to wish the dishes .... hehe
we can eat hotpot as dinner if you like , i can cook for you :-D

I know what is HotPot, i had it once when i came to Hk for the second time. I like it although it's a bit hot.
You want to cook it??? But how? we don't have those things used in Hotpot here, i think...
baby there's different kinds/style of Hotpot, if you got chinese grocery store there , it's not a problem i guess :-P
