A " feast " ?!

Considering I am a bit rush this morning and haven't ate breakfast
and I would probably don't have time to have my so-called
"dinner " tonight because of school ....
I gave myself a big bowl of Vietnamese Pho for lunch ,

The word " Pho " means thinly silced rice noodle ,
the one i ordered was thin rice vermicelli served cold
with grilled marinated pork chops and fish sauce .
Personally i think it is a very fresh dish for all season ,
you can see all ingredients :
carrot slices / chopped spring onions / diced garlics / some fried prawns
are all easy to be found in supermarket , can makde it at home yourself .



Just pour the fish sauce inside and than stir all the ingredients
together ..



What a drooling " feast " !! but i can only finished 2/3 of the bowl
because the fish sauce is salty .
