What to do in Lamma Island .

Talking about hiking or simply just a day break in Lamma Island ,
people always wonder " What other things you can do besides hiking " .
Most people , specially " girls " don't like hiking in summer , even winter
( whatever , maybe the whole year is not a good season for hiking ) .
The reason is that they afraid to get tanned , and than they have to use
tons of whitening products after a day under the sun .
The hiking path in Lamma Island is an easy one compared to other islands
or country parks in Hong Kong . It is also quite a popular point
for a short stay ( weekend ) .

As an " ISLAND " surrounded by " East and West Lamma Channel " ,
another thing you can enjoy besides " hiking " is the beach .
Lamma Island have 3-4 beaches , for example the most popular one
"Hung Shing Ye Beach " , also " " Sham Wan ( Beach ) " /" Lo So Shing Beach " /
"Shek Pai Wan ( Beach ) " etc .

Sad that i haven't bring my bikini , otherwise i will jump into the water , maybe
swim back to Ma On Shan ... ...



Another thing related to " water " you can do on Lamma , is rent a boat / yacht .
get away from the land an enjoy the day surrounded by sea . Whatever a party
on the boat or fishing or diving . You can even take a short course on the island
for driving a boat .



IF you hate sweating , you hate get tanned , you hate water etc . You can simply
have an easy shopping on the island . There are many boutiqes on the island sellings
clothes / home decor products etc . Most of them complex with South East-Asian
style ( Thai / Nepal / India etc ) . OR just have a short walking at the local wet market ,
enjoy the very relaxing day .
