An heritage and antiquity hotel

The Former Marine Police Headquarter Compound had recently
been reconstructed into an heritage hotel with shopping mall , beverage area
and retails facilities .



Located in Tsim Sha Tsui Canton Road , this Compound is a declared
monument since 1994 , one of the 4 oldest surviving government buildings
in Hong Kong .
IN year 2003 the Hong Kong government announced to have a redevelopment ,
the main redeveloping constructor “ Cheung Kong Holdings “ won an approval on
a proposal and spent more than 10 million dollars to redevelop this historical
buildings into a tourism facility .
The hotel is going to open in middle of Oct , some private areas in the hotel such
as the signal tower , main square etc will open to publics for free from now on
till the formal open date of the hotel .

Actually the hotel is a very new one , before the redevelopment it is just an not very attractive antiquity building .
