8 Foods that fight FAT .

Came across this article today ,
It says the below 8 foods can help on fighting FAT :

1.) Almonds
2.) Berries
3.) Cinnamon
4.) Mustard
5.) Oranges
6.) Soybeans
7.) Sweet potatoes
8.) Swiss Cheese

Besides " sweet potatoes & oranges " which i am not that fond of .
i guess i will crave myself into the orders .
And ...
this article reminded me a teacher who once shared with us the
biggest secret on " weight lossing " :
" Is to think of every food that you're going to put into your month
is good to your body ... even the very fatty dary chocolate cake with truffle "

The key to everything is moderation. If you eat a small bar of chocolate per day, there will be no need to worry about dieting

Well ... i don't think so . Maybe an experiment can prove that ?!

89 calories from a small piece of chocolate are going to be the same calories of a dietary product with the same amount of calories, vegetables included...It doesn´t matter where the calories are coming from but to control the daily ingested calories
