# Was the 60th National Day of China , had one day holiday
# Went to watch the fire works and have fun in Science Museum .
# Missing my KING all day , reminded me all the happy time we spent in
the Science Pavilion .
# Laughed Insanely in front of the distorting mirror .. never been so fat like a ball .
# Big thanks to a friend of my co-work , who is not a professional photographer but
have professional photography camera . The fire works pictures were by him .

# Mid-autumn festival eve ,
# BBQ with my old friends , we haven't see each others for a long time .
# All i can remember was hot + chicken wings + beers .
# Happy to hear that my friend also joined " PURE " , but she's in MK Centre .
# And my friend only goes to HOT yoga classes ...

# i had a very tough yoga class in the morning .
# Tons of moon cakes that night and a big dinner .

# Happy but tired weekend .
# Flowing myself in yoga classes .... and i realize even u can do handstand ,
headstand etc doesn't means that you are a master already .

Yup, if that was true, then i would be a master already. Give you an example. The highest degree in Capoeira, is the white belt which represents pureness, when you get this belt it means you reached the master rank, but you can only get it after 60 years old, lol
White Belt .. that's different than tae kwon do .
And i can give myself a white belt anytime .. haha .. i sewing it myself .. lol
