Bought my younger sister a fluffy turtle doll for her graduation ceremoney
on yesterday ( 25 Nov ) in WanChai , the International Exhibition Centre .

i only know by now that not every student can wear the mortarboard ,
and different colors of the hoods represent the various fields of learning .

Not dare to try the bloody red nail polish like " Marc Jacobs " ,
but i adored my cooper red nail polish ...

Red lips and red nails .

Fashion designer Marc Jacobs took a photo for the new
NARS book . The book, entitled "15X15," features 15 celebrities
all photographed and made up by Francois Nars himself. And its all
in the name of charity and NARS' 15th anniversary.
NARS launched an exhibition for thIS new book in Admiralty
( Hong Kong ) last month ...

I am always not dare ( fear ) to try on red lips and red nails coz i always think
that it is just not my kind of color . Somehow it makes me looks nerd
however i forgot there are tons of different " red " colors in this world .
Can someone tell me how to get long eyelashes like those on Marc Jacobs ??

My Weekend .

Besides jogging in winter morning , another thing that i like
winter is the very clear sky as well as the icy fresh air .
The sunset in Winter is always stunning .
Maybe because of the chilly ... i failed on baking the very simple
chocolate cake as well as the plain scones ... What a waste of
flour , sugar , chocolate ....

2 years practicing on yoga is not a long time ...
i am glad that i am still in love with the flowing ,
Somehow it help me to get through my sadness ,

Like a safe shelter or something i can always lean on .

Today is the 2 years anniversary of the yoga centre ,
as well as 2 years anniversary on my yoga journey .
i am going to join a special class for " arm balancing " on this
very special day .

Last night showed the 2nd episode of " Being " ---
a new documentary series by TVB .
Which aim to find out the origin of Human beings ,
how do Human survive and the proliferation from ancient till now .

Last night's episode introduced a " Cows jumping " trial
before wedding in one of the African tribe -- " Hamer " ,
If a guy can jump through 4-5 cows for 3 times , he can marry the
girl he want to .


Wondering if it is possible to travel to Africa ... some days later .

Meteor shower .

Never really observed a meteor shower ,

Per the News headline yesterday , The Leonid Meteor Shower peaks on
early morning of 17 & 18 Nov at around 5:40 – 6:10AM . If weather is fine ,
most countries over North America and Asia , specially in Mainland China can
observe the very sprinkling meteor shower without using telescope ,
Predicting 200 – 300 meteors per hour shooting across the sky .


Well …. The weather in Hong Kong is not so stable this week , it is cloudy ,
rainy and chilly . Per the early news this morning , about 1,000 citizen gathered
in Tai Po Plover Cove Reservoir ,hoping to observe the meteor shower however
was a disappointment due to very bad weather .


Another huge meteor shower next time will be 16 years later .
Guess ... still have to wait if i haven't turned into fossil .

My weekend .

A busy working week ...
So on Friday night , we decided to attend the German bierfest
in Marco Polo hotel , let the music , beers and Pretze wash
away all the tiredness ...
During weekend , i was busy on helping my sister on her new flat moving ,
most of the time running errands for her , My uncle sent her a very
traditional Chinese wedding cups , with Dragon and Phoenix carving
on each cup , * glamour * .
A very nice " house warming " garthering on Sunday , pizza and beers
again together with laughing and new friends .

Now i only wish i could have more sleep .

# Yoga mates asked if i am a ballerina , because of my body figure ,
my gestures , my flexibility etc ... all shows that i am a dancer .

# The mistress next to my mat was using MY towel for entire
of the class last night .

# My yoga mate told me it was her first time to kick up successfully
into a forearm stand last night ... under my helps .

# Thank you for giving me a NEW yoga mat . Its been 2 years .....

# Ashtanga yoga is a contortion art , and i am the acrobat perform .

Saw " Delta " --- this brand of coffee every where when i am in Lisbon .
And i am happy to know that this Portugal famous brand had arrived
and opened a cafe in Hong Kong --- " Cafe Bistro Delta Cafes " .

Located in Causway Bay , this cafe provide different types
of coffee using coffee beans by " Delta " , pastries , cakes
and small portion portuguese cuisines .

The weekend .

i had an exhausted weekend .
Went yoga classes and found that my hamstring got much better
than before . Keep practicing the headstand and now my legs can
flow up by themselves " AUTOMATICALLY " , experienced the so-called " feelin' light " .
The work out on my abs really helps a lot .
Ran errands for my sister , She will move to the new flat on 15 Nov ,
if everything goes smoothly and on schedule , they will get marry in Jan .
