This beggar from Ningbo , a China province , who'd been
called " xīlì gē " or “Brother Sharp” ,
created a stir at has become famous on the internet lately .

I saw something posted about him before, it kinda reminds me that homeless we saw in Baixa, Restaurados, the half-breed...part man; part woman, lol
